What if I don't like the item and want to return it?
Please contact us within 7 days receipt of item and We will provide you with our return address. Please return the item with it's original presentation box. Once in receipt of the returned item the buyer will receive a full refund including original shipping paid for first delivery. The buyer is responsible for safely returning the item.
What are Russian diamonds?
Russian diamonds as they are known, are clean cut flawless simulated diamonds. They are not natural diamonds but are a very close substitute for the genuine article.
How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?
US, Canada, Australia 5-15 days. All purchases are sent by registered mail with insurance and online tracking.
Europe 3-7 days. All purchases are sent by registered mail with insurance and online tracking.
UK 1-3 days with tracking and signature required.
Do you offer discounts on shipping costs?
Yes, 2 items can be purchased at no extra cost for all locations.
More than 2 items purchased and we add an extra fee depending on weight.
We aim to keep our shipping costs as low as possible. We do not charge extra for additional packaging or ring boxes which are included with the buyers purchase.
Is my purchase insured?
Yes it is. We send all purchases by priority mail to the US and Canada and other international locations.
Tracking is available for your purchase. Any delayed purchases can be reviewed at the usps.com website.

What if I have purchased the wrong size?
We can exchange the item for a different size as long as the size required is included in the listing.
It is the buyers responsibility to pay for postage for returning the item and for the exchange to be redelivered to them.
We charge a set fee of $10 postage and packing for any exchange item to be returned to the buyer.
