When post & packaging costs are calculated all expenses are considered. All items are packed securely & a certificate of posting is always obtained. If an item is lost in the post or damaged please contact us.
[Payment]
We prefer Paypal (We do not charge extra for this service) Cheques(5 working days to clear) uncrossed Postal orders for customers of the UK only. All overseas transactions must be made using Paypal, moneybookers, PPPay, or Google checkout. All orders are processed within 1 - 3 working days upon cleared payment.
[Returns]
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please email us and we will do our best to sort the situation for you. Buyers may return their items in original and unused condition within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. The safe return of the item and any cost, is the buyers responsibility. Buyers should retain their receipt for tracking the returned item and as proof of delivery.
